The certificate consists of 8 courses, is self-paced, completely online, and designed with a flexible schedule.
However, based on my experience helping students enter cybersecurity, I’d categorize this course as intermediate-level. While it’s labeled “beginner,” cybersecurity careers usually require at least some IT background, such as IT help desk experience, before making the leap.
